Dr. Zimmerman collaborates with hospital and outpatient clinic executives and managers in being more effective together with their providers, at identifying and removing blocks with the main objective being the provision of optimal healthcare. Overcoming the blocks to providing care is the number one correlation between physician and patient satisfaction as well as increased provider satisfaction, efficiency, reduced medical errors, and an overall increase in the quality of healthcare. The objective of EffectiveTogether.com is to establish a personalized high performance skill set for each leader that will balance hardline business and the personal skills while simultaneously building business.
